Milind Joshi, Managing Partner and Founder of LexGeneris, represented the firm at the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) 2025 Spring Meeting, held from 13–15 May 2025 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The meeting brought together intellectual property professionals, innovators, and legal experts to discuss developments at the intersection of intellectual property, emerging technologies, and legal innovation.
The programme featured a combination of practical skills workshops and technical sessions covering key areas of contemporary intellectual property practice, including patent drafting, examiner interviews, inter partes review (IPR) proceedings, intellectual property monetisation, and the growing influence of artificial intelligence on innovation and patent protection.The Spring Meeting also provided an opportunity to exchange perspectives with practitioners from across the IP community and gain insights into emerging legal and commercial developments shaping the future of intellectual property.
