Our Managing Partner and Founder, Milind Joshi, attended the 2026 Annual Meeting of the International Trademark Association (INTA), held from 2–6 May 2026 in London, representing LexGeneris at one of the world’s premier gatherings of the global intellectual property community.
The conference provided an excellent platform to engage with intellectual property professionals, brand owners, in-house counsel, and associates from across multiple jurisdictions. Through a series of meetings, networking receptions, and discussions, the event facilitated the exchange of practical insights, strengthened existing relationships, and created opportunities to explore future international collaborations.
A key takeaway from the conference was the growing recognition of intellectual property as a strategic business asset. As businesses expand across borders, IP is increasingly influencing commercial strategy, market entry, investment decisions, competitive positioning, and long-term business growth. The role of intellectual property continues to evolve beyond legal protection, becoming an integral part of corporate decision-making and global business strategy.
Representing LexGeneris at INTA 2026 reaffirmed the firm’s commitment to building strong international partnerships and delivering commercially focused, cross-border intellectual property solutions that align with the evolving needs of businesses operating across jurisdictions.
