Juby serves as Senior Manager – Client Relationship & Mediation, where he leads client engagement, relationship development and structured communication management for LexGeneris. In this role, he supports early-stage dialogue with prospective and existing clients, facilitates non-legal mediation processes for suitable matters, and helps ensure smooth and coordinated communication between parties. Working independently in his contracted capacity while collaborating closely with the Firm’s professionals, Juby contributes to a seamless and client-centred experience.
With more than eighteen years of experience across dispute resolution, investigations, mediation, regulatory engagement and stakeholder management, Juby brings strong practical expertise to early-stage conflict management and communication-driven client support.
Juby previously worked with Victorian Mental Health Wellbeing Commission, Consumer Affairs Victoria, Bendigo Bank and Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman, where he worked in various roles of alternate dispute resolution. His international background across Ireland and India includes customer engagement, dispute management, financial administration and service operations.
Juby holds NMAS mediation accreditation. At LexGeneris, he plays a central role in client relationship management and mediation support—facilitating introductions, guiding initial discussions, preparing clear neutral summaries, assisting with non-legal ADR pathways and contributing to business-development outreach. His calm, thoughtful and solution-oriented approach adds significant value to the Firm’s client experience.
