Archak supports clients across a broad range of trade mark protection and brand management matters, including clearance searches, filing and prosecution, portfolio management, and opposition proceedings. He also contributes to the firm’s digital brand protection practice by assisting with online enforcement, monitoring e-commerce and social media platforms, and addressing issues relating to infringement, unauthorised use, and cybersquatting.
Drawing on his previous experience, Archak brings a practical, commercially focused approach to helping clients protect, manage, and enforce their intellectual property rights in an evolving business environment.
