LexGeneris is pleased to welcome Tamanna Midha as a Trade Marks Associate.
Tamanna previously interned with the firm, gaining valuable experience within our trademarks practice and developing a strong understanding of our collaborative, client-focused approach. We are delighted to welcome her back as a full-time member of our growing Intellectual Property team.
In her role, Tamanna supports clients across trade mark prosecution, portfolio management, brand protection, and IP advisory matters, including clearance searches, registrability assessments, filing and prosecution, and enforcement-related matters.
Tamanna holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Business Laws from the National Law Institute University. We look forward to her continued contribution to our trademarks and brand protection practice.
